Loan Recovery Officer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible and monitor to lessee that assign in To Do List in order to collect repayment and repossess asset back from lessee or stakeholder.
• Ensure the Collection Ratio is achieved to Monthly KPI and PAR30 is reduced by target set.
• Make phone call and conduct field visit to any contact/address to meet lessee/stakeholder and negotiate about repayment or request to repossess asset back to company.
• Prepare and deliver relevant letters to lessee/stakeholder to make pressure on repayment or show the lease asset.
• Discuss with Field Collection Supervisor or Deputy Head Loan Recovery to make legal action such as make complaint lessee to local authority, Police and Court.
• Update and send the Daily Visitation Report to Field Collection Supervisor every evening.
• Close follow up to lessee who promise to pay and seek support from FCS to solve serious cases until get repayment or repossess asset back.
• Review other address from loan file and update to excel/system properly and on time.
• Generate any action plan to collect cash/repossess asset to lessee by discuss with FCS.
• Support other FCO by assigned from FCS or Deputy Head Loan Recovery.
• Conduct mission to any provinces by assigned from Management.
• Other tasks that assigned from FCS/DHLR/HLR.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Law or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Loan Recovery/Collection.
• Knowledge related to MFI or Banking or Leasing Sector.
• Self-motivated, flexible and can work under pressure.
• Good problem solving and negotiation skill, well communication.
• Good attitude teamwork spirit and result-oriented.
• Good English, both writing and speaking skill.
• Good in Ms. Excel.
• Possess a driver’s license and ability to drive safely.
