Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
- Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
- To ensure that, recruitment process is efficient, follow the company’s procedure
- Perform recruitment plan and report
- Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards
- Evaluate resumes, cover letters, job applications, personal documents and shortlists
- Perform interviews and select candidates based on skills, knowledge, and experience
- Consult and advise to the department head for selection
- Coordinating with candidate during selection process
- Follow up with successful candidates and prepare offer letter and employment contract.
- Coordinate staff onboarding
- Any tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
- Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
- Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
- Fluent in communication skills, both Khmer & English
- Expert in computer skill (Ms. Office)
