Recruitment Officer


Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: Phnom Penh
Deadline: 30-April-2024
Salary: Based on Qualification and Experience

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
  2. To ensure that, recruitment process is efficient, follow the company’s procedure
  3. Perform recruitment plan and report
  4. Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards
  5. Evaluate resumes, cover letters, job applications, personal documents and shortlists
  6. Perform interviews and select candidates based on skills, knowledge, and experience
  7. Consult and advise  to the department head for selection
  8. Coordinating with candidate during selection process
  9. Follow up with successful candidates and prepare offer letter and employment contract.
  10. Coordinate staff onboarding
  11. Any tasks assigned by manager.

 

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
  3. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
  4. Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
  5. Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  6. Fluent in communication skills, both Khmer & English
  7. Expert in computer skill (Ms. Office)
